At 16:39 on October 26, 2025, the Jiangda County Meteorological Bureau issued a yellow warning signal for road icing: it is expected that high-altitude sections of the 317 National Highway and provincial, county, and township roads in our county will have snow and ice accumulation affecting traffic in the next 24 hours. Defense measures: 1. Emergency, transportation, public security, urban management and other relevant departments should take effective measures to do a good job in road snow and ice removal and traffic diversion; 2. Drivers should pay attention to road conditions, slow down and take anti-skid measures to ensure road traffic safety.
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
