河北省气象台2026年08月12日10时07分继续发布暴雨黄色预警信号：受台风外围暖湿气流和冷空气共同影响，本次降水过程从11日白天开始。截至12日08时，张家口、承德、保定、雄安新区、廊坊、石家庄、邢台、邯郸等地的部分地区已出现暴雨到大暴雨。预计12日白天到夜间，承德中南部、唐山中北部、秦皇岛北部和保定、廊坊及以南地区仍有较强降水，雨量分布不均，部分地区1小时雨量可达50毫米以上或6小时雨量可达70毫米以上，其中承德南部、唐山北部、保定东部、石家庄、邯郸等地的局部地区累计降水量可达120-150毫米。山区及浅山区有出现山洪、泥石流、滑坡等次生灾害的风险，低洼地区有积水风险，请注意防范。
