陕西省气象台2025年08月03日11时00分发布暴雨蓝色预警：受副热带高压外围暖湿气流和低层切变共同影响，预计8月03日20时至8月04日20时，西安东部及南部山区、宝鸡东南部山区、渭南南部、铜川北部、延安东部和南部、榆林部分地方、安康北部及南部山区、商洛西部及北部山区有大雨（25～50毫米）；西安南部局地（周至县）、铜川北部局地（宜君县）、渭南南部局地（华阴市、潼关县）、延安东部及南部局地（黄陵县、宜川县、子长市、延长县）、榆林部分地方（榆阳区、神木市、府谷县、定边县、靖边县、清涧县、子洲县）、安康南部局地（紫阳县、岚皋县）、商洛北部局地（商州市、洛南县）有暴雨（50～100毫米）。上述部分地区伴有短时强降水（最大小时降雨量20～40毫米，局地可达50毫米以上），局地有雷暴大风等强对流天气。此次过程主雨带位于榆林北部及南部局地、延安东部及南部局地、秦巴山区东段，以对流性降水为主，夜雨特征明显，短时雨强大，暴雨点散发，加之夏季强降水对流性强且复杂多变，上述相邻县区也需高度关注。需重点防范陕北地区和秦巴山区局地强降水诱发的山洪、滑坡、泥石流、崩塌、淤地坝水毁以及中小河流洪水等次生衍生灾害，严加防范前期降水落区叠加的影响，并警惕地质灾害的滞后性。建议上述地区加强灾害隐患点、淤地坝等排查，提前研判，做好防范措施。榆林西部和北部、延安北部地区需防范上游来水导致境内中小河流涨水的风险。上述地区需关注短时暴雨、点状散发的强对流天气（狂风暴雨冰雹等），警惕雷电、突发山洪等灾害。副热带高压位置预报有摆动，陕北位于副高边缘，因此主雨带位置仍有不确定性。请各级政府各部门各行业关注气象部门递进式发布的预报预警信息，提前做好应急准备，采取预置和果断措施，防范对淤地坝、水库、交通运输（轨道交通）、城乡排水、旅游出行、民宿、户外游乐设施、缆车、航空飞行、输电线路、农业设施、高空作业、施工作业、地下作业、矿山、相关水域水上作业等产生的不利影响。
