建始县气象台2026年7月18日2时54分发布暴雨橙色预警信号：过去12小时最大降水出现在长梁镇(建始火龙气象观测站)为72.1毫米。预计未来6小时，长梁镇、茅田乡、高坪镇、龙坪乡及周边乡镇还有30-50毫米降水，伴有雷电，阵风7-9级，山区山洪，地质灾害，中小河流洪水风险等级高，请注意加强防范。
