Fog is developing along and north of a slow moving warm front as a cooler airmass remains stubborn across central GA and into the Carolinas. As low clouds settle to the ground, local visibility will lower to under a mile at times through 10AM before the warm front lifts northward and winds increase from the south. Motorists, please slow down and allow extra space between vehicles. Navigation of waterways will also be difficult.
