华州区气象台2026年02月21日21时05分发布沙尘暴黄色预警信号：预计下述地区今天夜间到明天白天将出现扬沙或浮尘天气：华州街道办、赤水镇、下庙镇、瓜坡镇、杏林镇、莲花寺镇、大明镇、高塘镇、柳枝镇、金堆镇，请注意防范。

Guidelines
1. The government and relevant departments shall do a good job in preventing sand and dust storms in accordance with their duties;
2. Close doors and windows, reinforce enclosures, scaffolds, billboards and other structures that are easily blown by the wind, properly arrange outdoor objects that are easily affected by high winds, cover building materials, and do a good job of sealing precision instruments;
3. Take care to bring dust-proof supplies such as masks and gauze to avoid damage to the eyes and respiratory tract caused by sand and dust;

陕西省气象台2026年2月21日18时00分发布寒潮蓝色预警：寒潮降温：受寒潮影响，预计2026年2月21日20时至2月23日20时，过程降温全省大部下降6～8℃，榆林大部、延安大部、秦岭山区下降8～10℃，其中延安局地（宝塔区、安塞区、宜川县、子长市、延川县）、秦岭山区（长安区、鄠邑区、太白县、蓝田县、周至县、华州区、华阴市、潼关县、商州区、洛南县、柞水县、丹凤县、商南县、白河县）可达10℃以上。预计最低气温陕北出现在2月23日清晨，关中、陕南地区出现在24日清晨，最低气温：陕北北部、秦岭山区-10～-6℃，关中北部、陕北南部-4～0℃，关中南部、商洛0～3℃，汉中、安康2～5℃。大风：21日夜间至22日上午陕北、关中部分、陕南东部有5～6级（8.0-13.8米/秒）左右偏北风，部分地方阵风可达7～8级（13.9-20.7米/秒）以上。受大风和上游传输影响，21日夜间至22日白天，陕北、关中、陕南东部有扬沙或浮尘天气，陕北北部局地有沙尘暴。雨雪：过程从22日下午开始至23日白天结束。主要降水时段在22日夜间至23日上午，延安南部部分、关中北部及西部、秦巴山区、商洛部分地方有雨夹雪或小到中雪（1～5毫米），关中西部局地、秦岭山区局地有大到暴雪（5～13毫米）；关中平原大部、汉中和安康河谷地区有小到中雨（1～18毫米），秦巴山区部分地方（西安市鄠邑区、长安区，宝鸡市太白县、凤县，渭南市华州区，安康市宁陕县、紫阳县、岚皋县、镇坪县）有冻雨或冰粒。新增积雪深度：秦巴山区3～13厘米。本次过程恰逢春节假期返程高峰，雨雪天气造成陕北南部、关中大部、陕南大部地区道路湿滑、低能见度风险高，同时，陕北南部、关中北部、商洛地区、秦岭山区雨雪相态复杂，存在积雪结冰风险，增加交通运输困难及旅客滞留风险。
