湖南省气象台2025年7月21日16时继续发布暴雨蓝色预警：预计21日20时至22日20时，湘北、湘西部分地区将出现暴雨，其中常德南部、怀化北部、益阳西部局地大暴雨（100~150毫米），并伴有短时强降水（最大小时雨强40~60毫米）、雷雨大风（局地阵风7~9级）等强对流天气，请加强防范。蓝色预警区域：湘西州南部、张家界东部、常德、益阳西部、怀化中北部、邵阳南部。

花垣县气象台2025年7月21日15时1分发布雷雨大风蓝色预警信号：预计花垣县未来2小时将出现7级以上阵风并伴有雷电、短时强降水，有致灾风险，请注意防范。

Description

It may be affected by thunderstorms and gales within 6 hours, the average wind force can reach 6 or more, or gusts of 7 or more accompanied by thunder and lightning; or have been affected by thunderstorms and gales, the average wind has reached 6-7,or guests of 9-10 accompanied by thunder and lightning, and may continue.

2. Pay attention to the latest news of thunderstorms and gales reported by the relevant media and relevant wind protection notices, and the students stay in a safe place;
