At 15:35 on January 31, 2026, the Meteorological Observatory of Huangyan District, Taizhou City issued a yellow warning signal for road icing: Due to the influence of low-temperature rain and snow weather, it is expected that the road surface temperature of some sections of the townships (towns, streets) in our district, such as Shangzheng, Fushan, Yutou, Pingtian, and Shangyang, will be below 0 ℃ from this evening to tomorrow. Water (snow) accumulated sections of the road are prone to road icing. Please pay attention to preventing its adverse effects on traffic travel.

When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
