At 12:30 pm on January 29, 2026, the Hongyuan County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds: Chalma Township, Maiwa Township, Amu Township, Jiangrong Township, Longri Town, Sedai Town, Anqu Town, Wache Town, Baojing Temple Town, and Qiongxi Town will be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, with an average wind force of 8 or above or gusts of 9 or above. The government and relevant departments should do a good job in defending against strong winds, stop outdoor activities and high-altitude dangerous operations, and ensure that personnel in dangerous areas avoid them.
