黑龙江省水利厅和黑龙江省气象局08月06日20时00分联合发布山洪灾害气象风险蓝色预警：预计08月06日20时00分至08月07日20时00分，饶河县、通河县、鸡东县、穆棱市、宝清县有一定风险发生山洪灾害（蓝色预警）。请密切关注天气形势及雨水情变化，加强分析研判，及时向有关乡镇、村发布预警信息并按有关规定做好叫应工作。加强巡查排险，必要情况下提前组织危险区群众转移，确保人民群众生命安全。
