At 19:22 on July 14, 2025, the Habahe County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for lightning: it is expected that there will be lightning activity in Tiereketi Township and northern mountainous areas of Habahe County from the evening to night of the 14th, and there may be short-term heavy rainfall, hail, gusty winds and other strong convective weather in some areas. Mountain tourists are advised to avoid outdoor activities during thunderstorms, and herdsmen should move their livestock in advance to prevent lightning strikes.

Lightning activities may occur within 6 hours, which may cause lightning disasters.

新疆维吾尔自治区气象台2025年7月14日13时9分发布高温黄色预警信号：预计今天白天至21日白天，全疆平原区大部有35℃以上的高温天气，其中南疆盆地、东疆大部和天山北坡的部分区域最高气温达40℃以上，吐鲁番市、哈密市局地达45℃以上。请注意防暑降温和用火安全，加强防范山区局地融雪融冰型洪水。
