哈巴河县气象台2025年11月23日18时54分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计11月25日白天，齐巴尔镇、龙源风电场、额尔齐斯河沿线有8-9级偏西风。G219吉木乃—哈巴河路段、G331哈巴河—布尔津路段及布哈一级公路将出现不同程度的风吹雪现象，请注意加强防范。（风力等级为蒲氏风力）
