Guangrao County Meteorological Observatory issued an orange warning signal for heavy fog at 02:07 on October 31, 2025: It is expected that in the early morning of the 31st, all towns and streets in our county and the Yellow River Delta Agricultural High tech Industry Demonstration Zone will experience heavy fog with visibility less than 200 meters, and in some areas, visibility less than 50 meters.
