青海省气象台2025年09月04日17时00分升级暴雨蓝色预警为黄色预警：预计，09月04日17时至05日17时，大通、湟源、互助、平安、乐都、门源、贵德、同德、玛沁、久治、甘德的部分地区将出现大雨，累计降水量25～45毫米，湟中、化隆、民和、循化、贵南、尖扎、同仁、河南、泽库的部分地区将出现暴雨，累计降水量可达50～70毫米。强降水主要集中在4日17时至5日05时，最大小时雨强可达20～40毫米。过程期间伴有短时强降水、冰雹、雷暴大风等强对流天气。发生山体滑坡、泥石流、中小河流洪水、山洪、城乡积涝等次生灾害的气象风险高，请注意防范。

青海省水利厅与青海省气象局联合发布山洪灾害气象风险预警：受降雨影响，预计2025年09月04日14时至09月05日14时，湟中区、湟源县、大通县、平安区、乐都区、互助县、民和县、循化县、化隆县、门源县、同德县、尖扎县、同仁市、河南县、泽库县局地发生山洪灾害的可能性大（橙色预警），西宁市辖区、祁连县、海晏县、刚察县、共和县、贵德县、贵南县、兴海县、玉树市、称多县、甘德县、玛沁县、达日县、久治县、班玛县部分地区发生山洪灾害的可能性较大（黄色预警），其它地区也可能因短历时强降水引发山洪灾害，请各地区注意做好实时监测、防汛预警和转移避险等工作。
