At 13:13 on January 12, 2026, the Fuhai County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road icing: it is expected that from the night of January 12 to the day of January 14, there will be snowfall on S21 three spring road sections, G576 Fuhai County road section, S324, G216 Kezihabake road section, G216 (Shalbulake Hongshanzui Port) road section, urban roads, and rural roads in our county. The road surface temperature will be below 0 ℃, and there will be road icing phenomena that have adverse effects on traffic. Please pay attention to strengthening prevention.
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
