富川县气象台21日15时55分继续发布大风蓝色预警信号：受冷空气影响，预计未来24小时，我县部分乡镇仍将出现6级（或阵风7级）以上大风，请注意防范。

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.

Guidelines

1. The government and relevant departments should do a good job of preventing gale in accordance with their duties;

广西区气象台2025年10月21日11时00分继续发布台风蓝色预警（海面）：台风“风神”（强热带风暴级）今天10时位于海南省三沙市（西沙永兴岛）北偏东方向大约110公里的南海海面上，中心附近最大风力10级（25米/秒）。预计，“风神”将以每小时10-15公里的速度向西偏南方向移动，强度还将有所增强；今天下午至夜间掠过西沙群岛，之后趋向越南中部沿海，强度逐渐减弱。受“风神”和冷空气共同影响，今天白天到22日晚上，北部湾海面有7～8级、阵风9～10级偏北风；全区大部有5～6级、阵风7～8级偏北风。
