Winds could gust as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Delta and Southern Schoolcraft Counties. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 8 PM EDT this evening. For the Winter Storm Watch, from late Thursday night through Friday evening. * IMPACTS...Through this evening, snow and blowing snow will make travel difficult at times. For Thursday night into Friday whiteout conditions are possible and may make travel treacherous. Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning commute.
