巴中市气象台2026年01月18日22时31分发布大风蓝色预警信号：恩阳区登科街道、文治街道、明阳镇、九镇、尹家镇、群乐镇、双胜镇、关公镇、兴隆镇、上八庙镇、雪山镇、渔溪镇、下八庙镇、柳林镇、花丛镇、茶坝镇、玉山镇、司城街道等乡镇（街道）12小时内将受大风影响,平均风力可达6级以上或者阵风7级以上；或者已经受大风影响，平均风力为6—7级，或者阵风7—8级并可能持续。请注意加强防范。

巴中市气象台2026年01月18日15时43分发布强降温黄色预警：受地面冷空气和高空低槽共同影响，预计1月19日到21日我市有一次强降温、降雨（雪）、大风天气过程，日平均气温累计下降6～9℃，城区日最低气温将降至-2～0℃。19日普降小到中雨，高海拔地区有小到中雪，局部大雪；20～21日普遍有小雪或雨夹雪。冷空气影响时伴有4～6级偏北风，山口河谷地带风力可达7级以上。气象灾害风险影响分析及对策建议：请各部门密切关注，注意防范强降温、降雨（雪）、大风天气对农业、畜牧、交通、电力、旅游等行业带来的不利影响，做好防寒保暖工作。同时此次过程有利于降低森林火险气象等级，改善空气质量。
