德令哈市气象台2025年12月10日18时20分发布寒潮橙色预警信号：预计12月11日17时00分至12日17时00分德令哈地区将出现强寒潮，并伴有降雪天气，平均气温将下降8℃以上，平均风力可达4级以上，请注意防范。

海西州气象台12月10日15时发布寒潮蓝色预警：预计12月11日11时至13日11时，德令哈、格尔木、都兰、乌兰、天峻、大柴旦将出现寒潮天气，气温将下降10℃以上，都兰东部、天峻北部、大柴旦北部降幅可达14℃。期间全州大部有吹风天气，阵风可达9级以上，茫崖至都兰一线有沙尘。11日夜间德令哈北部、格尔木北部、都兰东部、乌兰北部、天峻北部、大柴旦北部有降雪天气。降温、吹风、降雪天气对农牧业生产、能源保供、公众健康有一定影响，请注意防范。防御指南：1.政府及有关部门按照职责做好防寒潮工作；2.个人注意添衣保暖，对气温变化敏感的人群尽量减少外出；3.农、林、牧、养殖业等采取防护措施。
