At 23:19 on July 21, 2025, Yibin Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for lightning: Jinqiu Lake Town, Shuangyi Town, Baihua Town, Yongxing Town, Sipo Town, Songjia Town, Zongchang Town, Liduan Town, Mouping Town, Shuangcheng Street, Jinping Town, Caiba Town, Lizhuang Town, Shaping Street, Xiangbi Street, Baishawan Street, Anfu Street, Xijiao Street, Daguanlou Street, and Hejiangmen Street in Cuiping District may experience lightning activity within 6 hours, which may cause lightning disasters and accidents, accompanied by gusts of 5 to 7 levels and short-term heavy rainfall.
