South at 10 to 20 gust up to 30 mph. * HUMIDITY... As low as 8 percent. * THUNDERSTORMS... dry lightning and erratic gusty downdraft winds from any thunderstorm or rain shower. * IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
