陕西省水利厅联合陕西省气象局于2025年09月05日09时30分发布第82期山洪灾害气象风险预警。预计2025年09月05日10时至2025年09月06日10时，汉中市南郑区、城固县、西乡县、镇巴县，安康市汉阴县、石泉县等县（区）发生山洪灾害可能性大（橙色预警）,西安市鄠邑区、周至县，宝鸡市眉县、凤县、太白县，咸阳市武功县，汉中市汉台区、洋县、勉县、宁强县、略阳县、留坝县、佛坪县，安康市汉滨区、宁陕县、紫阳县、岚皋县等县（区）发生山洪灾害可能性较大（黄色预警）,西安市灞桥区、临潼区、长安区、蓝田县，宝鸡市渭滨区、金台区、陈仓区、凤翔区、岐山县、扶风县、麟游县，咸阳市三原县、泾阳县、乾县、礼泉县、永寿县、兴平市，渭南市临渭区，安康市平利县、镇坪县、旬阳市、白河县，商洛市商州区、镇安县、柞水县等县（市、区）有可能发生山洪灾害（蓝色预警）。请各地各部门落实防御责任，紧盯危险区与强降雨重叠区，加强实地监测与预警叫应，提前做好转移避险防范。

陕西省气象台发布暴雨黄色预警

陕西省气象台2025年09月05日08时00分继续发布暴雨黄色预警：受低槽和副热带高压外围暖湿气流共同影响，预计09月05日08时至06日08时，西安中西部、宝鸡南部、咸阳南部、汉中大部、安康大部、商洛西部、杨凌示范区有大雨（25～50毫米），西安西部局地（周至县）、宝鸡南部局地（眉县、太白县）、汉中大部（汉台区、南郑区、城固县、洋县、勉县、西乡县、镇巴县、宁强县、留坝县、佛坪县）、安康南部部分地方（汉滨区、汉阴县、石泉县、宁陕县、紫阳县、岚皋县）有暴雨（50～100毫米），汉中南部局地（南郑区、西乡县、镇巴县）有大暴雨（100～120毫米）。上述地区伴有短时强降水（最大小时降雨量10～30毫米，个别点可达40毫米以上），局地有雷暴大风等强对流天气。本轮降水已经连续四天累计雨量大且仍将持续，雨区重叠度高、雨强大，需重点防范山洪、地质灾害和中小河流洪水以及城市暴雨积涝，并关注强对流天气危害。上游甘肃境内降水较大，受上游来水和本次持续性降水共同影响，汉江流域、渭河流域局地中小河流有超警戒水位气象风险，需加强跨省跨域跨市协调联防联控。
