South to southwest winds through Saturday afternoon. Winds shift out of the north during the day on Sunday, becoming gusty by the evening and through Monday morning. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Relative Humidity between 10 to 25 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Wind prone areas along Highway 395 between Janesville and Doyle may gust up to 65 mph at times. * WHERE...Lassen-Eastern Plumas-Eastern Sierra Counties. * WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 2 AM PDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Strong crosswinds will create difficult driving conditions for high profile vehicles along Highway 395, especially near Honey Lake. Boating conditions will be hazardous due to rough waters on area lakes, including Eagle Lake, Honey Lake, Lake Davis, Frenchman Lake, and Stampede Reservoir. Winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
