Boating conditions will be hazardous due to rough waters on area lakes, including Eagle Lake, Honey Lake, Lake Davis, Frenchman Lake, and Stampede Reservoir. Winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
