The moderate high-pressure system from China extend to cover the upper North, Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea lead the easterly wind brings moisture to the western of the country and the South. Isolated rain are likely in the western part of the upper country and isolated heavy rains in the South. Morning cool is likely in the upper country. The wave in the lower Gulf are likily about 2 meters and more than 2 meters in thundershowers.
