At 16:05 on October 23, 2025, Cangnan County Meteorological Observatory adjusted the orange warning signal for strong winds to a yellow warning signal for strong winds: Due to the influence of cold air, it is expected that there will still be 8-10 level winds on the coastal sea surface of our county from this afternoon to tomorrow, and 6-8 level winds in high mountain areas and coastal towns (Jinxiang Town, Chixi Town, Mazhan Town, Yanting Town, Dayu Town, Xiaguan Town, Yanpu Town). We hope that all relevant parties can do a good job in wind prevention and reinforcement, and maritime departments and coastal areas should strengthen prevention measures.

It may be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, the average wind force can reach 8 or above, or gusts above 9; or it has been affected by strong winds, the average wind is 8-9, or gusts 9-10 and may continue.
