Flooding continues with transportation department officials reporting numerous state routes closed due to high water. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected today. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... At 26.0 feet, Rural land adjacent to the river is flooded. At 28.0 feet, Rural roads are under water. At 37.0 feet, State Highway 139 floods a half mile east of Sumner. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 AM CDT Friday the stage was 35.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 37.5 feet tomorrow evening.
