Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible.

For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 6 PM Sunday to noon CST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
