Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Neosho River at Oswego affecting Cherokee and Labette Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Neosho River at Oswego. * WHEN...From late Sunday night to early Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 19.5 feet, Xavier Road leading north from the river gage begins to see water near the road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 8.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Monday morning to a crest of 19.8 feet early Monday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Tuesday morning. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
