What:Total snowfall and ice pellets amounts of 20 to 30 centimetres over a 24-hour period.Strong winds reaching between 50 and 70 kilometres per hour.Blowing snow conditions resulting in very poor visibilities.Freezing rain amounts of 2 to 5 mm.When: until Thursday afternoon.Additional information:Precipitation will start as snow and will be accompanied by local blowing snow. Afterwards, in some areas, snow will change to freezing rain overnight Wednesday night before changing back to snow on Thursday.###Visibility will likely be suddenly reduced to near zero at times.
