省自然资源厅联合省气象局2025年10月16日11时56分发布第102期地质灾害气象风险黄色预警：预计10月16日14时-10月17日14时，西安市临潼区、长安区、鄠邑区、蓝田县、周至县，宝鸡市渭滨区、金台区、陈仓区、眉县、陇县、千阳县、麟游县、凤县、太白县，咸阳市长武县、淳化县、彬州市，铜川市大部，渭南市韩城市、潼关县、合阳县、澄城县、蒲城县、白水县、富平县，延安市大部，榆林市大部，汉中市大部，安康市大部，商洛市大部发生滑坡、崩塌、泥石流等地质灾害的风险较高（黄色预警），各地及有关部门单位要加强巡查排查，落实一线叫应机制，全力做好人员安全转移避险，上述相邻县区也需高度关注。

陕西省气象台2025年10月16日10时00分发布暴雨蓝色预警：预计10月16日14时至17日14时，西安大部、宝鸡南部、咸阳南部、渭南南部、延安北部及东部、榆林南部局地、汉中中东部、安康大部、商洛部分、杨凌示范区有大雨（25～50毫米），其中汉中南部局地（南郑区、西乡县、镇巴县）、安康南部（汉滨区、汉阴县、石泉县、紫阳县、岚皋县、平利县、镇坪县、旬阳市、白河县）、商洛部分（商州区、山阳县、丹凤县）有暴雨（50～80毫米），局地（镇巴县、紫阳县）大暴雨（100～130毫米）。上述部分地区伴有雷电、短时强降水（最大小时降雨量10～20毫米）。气象灾害风险与重点关注：受前期持续性降水影响，当前陕北大部、秦岭北麓沿线、陕南大部土壤含水过饱和，此次降水影响范围广，中南部强度大，极易导致山洪、地质灾害、中小河流洪水、城乡积涝和农田渍涝等灾害。相关区县及相邻地区需加强灾害隐患点、淤地坝等排查，并做好交通、旅游、山区、景区、秋收秋种和城市安全管理工作。

陕西省气象局与陕西省农业农村厅10月14日18时00分联合发布连阴雨和农田渍涝灾害风险预警：预计10月15-17日我省中南部将有中到大雨，局地有暴雨，延安南部、关中大部、陕南西部连阴雨和农田渍涝风险较高（黄色预警），渭南南部局地、西安东南部局地、商洛、安康大部、汉中东南部局地连阴雨和农田渍涝风险高（橙色预警），成熟作物收晒困难，影响秋收、秋播进度和秋粮秋果品质。建议上述地区避雨抢收秋粮和成熟秋果，采取通风存储、烘干等措施，降低秋粮发芽霉变风险;及时排涝降渍，腾茬整地，适时适墒播种。
