The Qumalai County Meteorological Observatory will continue to issue a yellow warning signal for road icing at 13:00 on March 23, 2026: It is expected that from 13:00 on March 23 to 13:00 on March 24, there will still be snowfall in Yuegai Town, Bagan Township, Mado Township, Qiuzhi Township, Qumahe Township, and Yege Township in Qumalai County, which will cause road icing. Road icing will continue until 12:00 on March 26, with a sustained impact on traffic. Relevant units and personnel are requested to be prepared for prevention.
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
