The Chongqing Meteorological Observatory issued a "yellow warning signal for heavy fog" at 6:10 am on January 15, 2026. It is expected that from 6:10 to 12:00 pm on the 15th, 15 towns and streets including Nanshan, Changshengqiao, Yinglong, Danzishi, Xiakou, Jiguanshi, Tongyuan Bureau, Nanping Street, Huayuan Road, Guangyang, Nanping Town, Tushan, Haitangxi, Tianwen, Longmenhao, etc. will experience fog with visibility less than 500 meters. Fog with visibility less than 500 meters may appear within 12 hours, or fog with visibility less than 500 meters and greater than or equal to 200 meters may have appeared and will continue.
